Barrier-free
The Suermondt Ludwig Museum is housed in a former city palace from the 19th century with older and newer extensions. In principle, all rooms on all floors are accessible for wheelchairs etc. by using the lift, but because of the history of the building, some differences in floor leves will be encountered and wheelchair users will have to reckon with indirect routes. A standard wheelchair is available in the first-aid room next to the foyer. There is a barrier-free toilet. The museum staff will be happy to be of assistance.
